Cash - 40% of what we price item for in store

CLOTHING:

- Very good to New condition
- Current fashion
- Freshly laundered and ready to put on rack.
-  Smoke free, odor free, and no pet hair.
- No stains, tears, missing pieces, broken zippers or excessive wear.
- If we are overstocked in a certain size, we will be unable to accept any additional items.  Space determines how many items we are able to carry at a time.

TOYS

-  Toys must have all their parts and be in good condition.
- Must be clean.
- Unable to accept recalled or toys which contain lead paint. Check for recalls at CPSC website if you're not sure.
 
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

- Equipment/furniture must be clean.
- Must include all parts.  Instructions appreciated.
- Must meet current safety standards.
