Rascals Rack is a 2nd hand kids clothing and accessory store located at 2025 N 35th Street in Boise, ID.  The store opened in December 2008 to help provide our community with another resource for affordable kids clothing and accessories.  We purchase gently used kids items for cash or in store credit and resell them at affordable prices.  We also carry Charlie's Soap, which is a bio degradable product.  We have laundry detergent and all purpose cleaner that is great for the environment and good for using with cloth diapers, infants, sensitive skin or anyone wanting an alternative product that is not harmful to the environment.
